Originally from Las Vegas, NV, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University before making Rochester her home. After relocating, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2021 and has been passionate about women’s health and collaborative care ever since.

Working in collaboration with our chiropractors, she co-manages personalized care plans to ensure each client receives intentional, treatment-focused massage. Although she specializes in pregnancy and postpartum care—supporting mothers through each stage with safety and compassion—her table is open to everyone. Whether you’re balancing school, work, relationships, or parenthood, her work is designed to meet your body where it is today.

In addition to massage therapy, she teaches dance and theatre to all ages throughout Rochester — bringing creativity, energy, and heart into everything she does. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with artistry, tailoring every session to meet each person’s unique needs.
