What to Expect at your first visit

Your first chiropractic visit lasts about an hour and includes both examination and treatment. Our doctors take time to explain their findings and involve you in your care plan. During the first portion of your appointment, your doctor will review your health history and perform a physical exam. Patient education is central to our practice—we want you to fully understand your individualized care plan and feel completely comfortable throughout your visit. Private treatment rooms provide a relaxed, confidential environment.

Your exam may include vital signs, neurological and orthopedic tests, gait and posture assessments, muscle testing, and functional biomechanics.

The second half of your visit involves hands-on diagnostics to evaluate your area of concern and surrounding regions. Through touch, your doctor can identify and address joint and muscle restrictions, scar tissue, trigger points, and other dysfunctions contributing to your symptoms. You’ll receive a clear explanation of all findings along with a personalized care plan. Your doctor may also recommend at-home mobility exercises and stretches to support your progress and help prevent future injury.

Please bring any recent imaging or lab reports for review. If needed, we may recommend additional imaging for further diagnosis. If your condition falls outside our scope, we will help connect you with the appropriate provider.

New patients should receive an email shortly after registering with patient forms. Please fill these out before your appointment.

Established patients should be able to find their names in the system to register. If you have any problems, please let us know.
