What to Wear

We recommend wearing loose fitting, comfortable clothing! This will make putting your clothes back on quick and easy. You can wear clothes, swimsuits, or your birthday suit (we provide complimentary towel and robe service). To guarantee that your skin receives the full benefits of infrared heat during your sauna experience, remove all makeup!

Hydrate Before & After

Our sauna makes you sweat to actively burn more calories. It’s important to hydrate and fuel your body before and after your session. Always drink plenty of hydrating fluids before, during, and after your sauna session. Most people do not drink enough water to begin with and now that you are using an infrared sauna and sweating, it is even more important to stay hydrated. 

Heating Technology

Infrared saunas raise your core temperature by 1-3 degrees. The benefits are cumulative – meaning the more you come in, the better you will feel! It might take 10-20 minutes to break a sweat initially, but you'll become accustomed to raising your core temperature on a regular basis, your sweat will start sooner into your next session.
