Dr. Stavalone

Meet Dr. Stavalone!

Dr. Megan Stavalone is originally from Buffalo, NY, and moved to Rochester during her clinical year in chiropractic school. Dr. Stavalone is one of only a few chiropractors in Rochester, NY who are certified in perinatal chiropractic by the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA) which gives her extensive expertise in caring for women during the prenatal and postpartum phases.

Dr. Stavalone is passionate about patient education when it comes to improving comfort and pelvic mobility during pregnancy. She also has experience working with children of all ages and is currently expanding her knowledge by studying to obtain her CACCP through the ICPA – so that she can offer even more comprehensive care to her patients. Dr. Stavalone is also a trained birth doula who is passionate about helping her patients feel empowered by pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

She has 2 young boys of her own, Anthony and Carmine, whose births inspired her to expand her knowledge of pregnancy, birth, and lactation support.
